My Story & Journey

For years, I struggled with self-doubt, perfectionism, anxiety, and an eating disorder, feeling like I would never be enough. I lacked self-awareness, feared judgment, and found myself unable to live up to my full potential. My personal journey from self-criticism to self-awareness, healing, and self-love wasn’t easy, but it shaped me into the coach and mentor I am today. I deeply understand how hard it is to move from self-shame and limitation to empowerment, freedom, and confidence, and I’m here to help you do just that.

In 2016, I created “Point à la Lynn” to share my recovery journey from Anorexia Nervosa and raise awareness about eating disorders. Since then, my platform has grown into a space where I help people heal, transform, and thrive, not just in one area of life, but holistically.

I’ve expanded my knowledge and expertise through certifications over the years, starting with Life Coaching (ICF PCC) in 2018, after completing 125 training hours, mentoring, and exams. In 2021, I pursued Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to integrate therapeutic techniques into my coaching practice and address the root of emotional and mental challenges. In 2023, I earned my certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to help reprogram limiting beliefs and shift thought patterns, and in 2024, I added Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to my skillset, enabling me to guide clients in managing emotions, building resilience, and fostering balanced relationships. Together, these tools empower me to address the mind, emotions, and behaviors, creating a holistic and effective approach to transformation.

As someone who has faced immense personal challenges, including the stillbirth of my baby in heaven, Leana, and living daily with two autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto’s and Ulcerative Colitis), I know firsthand how deeply connected our mind and body are. True healing requires addressing both, and my approach combines mental, emotional, and physical wellness to create lasting change.

A Personal Note

As a mom to my baby in heaven, Leana, and someone who lives daily with two autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto’s and Ulcerative Colitis), I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel. These experiences have deepened my empathy and compassion, fueling my passion to help others rise from pain, reconnect with their true selves, and create a life of meaning and fulfillment.
