Hi there, I’m Lynn Laz, and I’m so glad you’re here.

This means you’re ready to begin a deeper journey, out of self-doubt and survival patterns, and into healing, clarity, and grounded self-trust. I’m here to help you reconnect with your truth, rewire what’s no longer serving you, and create a life that feels safe, whole, and aligned from the inside out.

My Story & Journey

But before I was the coach, I was the client.
My journey of self-transformation began in 2013, when I was just 17 years old—long before I ever thought I’d turn it into a profession. I was a teenager sitting in therapy for the first time, carrying perfectionism, fear of judgment, shame, emotional suppression, and an eating disorder that quietly, silently ruled my life.  Healing wasn’t linear. It was layered and painful, and there were so many moments I felt like I would never make it to the other side. But slowly, over years of deep inner work, I began to reconnect with myself. And by 2016, I had reached the final stage of my recovery from Anorexia.

That same year, I created Point à la Lynn; not as a brand, but as a space to speak my truth. Not because I had all the answers, but because I wanted to share what I had lived through. I began sharing my story to raise awareness around eating disorders and mental health, especially within Arab culture, where those conversations were still met with silence. I had no strategy; just honesty. And people responded. They saw themselves in my words, and they started reaching out. That’s when I realized this was bigger than me. That sharing my story wasn’t the end; it was the beginning of something deeper.

I didn’t choose this work. This work chose me.

My Certifications & Method

I became an ICF PCC-certified Life Coach in 2018, after completing over 125 hours of training, mentoring, and exams. But after practicing pure life coaching for about two years, it became clear that coaching alone wasn’t enough to support the kind of deep, lasting transformation I was being called into. So I kept going.

So I later studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to integrate psychological depth. In 2023, I became certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to help rewire subconscious limiting beliefs and support deeper transformation. In 2024, I added Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to guide my clients in emotional regulation, relational healing, and nervous system safety.

Along the way, I immersed myself in neuroscience, trauma-informed work, subconscious reprogramming, and identity healing, until I found my own method: a deeply personalized and holistic blend of coaching, psychology, and science. Because real, sustainable transformation needed it all and requires more than awareness or insight. It needs depth, emotional safety, nervous system work, subconscious integration, and inner rewiring. And most important - truth.

I work with humans; not niches. Some of my clients are high-functioning professionals silently carrying burnout. Others are creatives or caregivers who feel emotionally dysregulated or stuck in relational patterns. They’re all ready for deep, sustainable change; and so are you.

As someone who has faced immense personal challenges, including the stillbirth of my baby in heaven, Leana, and living daily with two autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto’s and Ulcerative Colitis), I know firsthand how deeply connected our mind and body are. True healing requires addressing both. My approach combines mental, emotional, and physical wellness to create lasting change.

As a mom to my baby in heaven, Leana, and someone who lives daily with two autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto’s and Ulcerative Colitis), I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel.
