My Story

Hey there! I’m Lynn Laz & I’m so happy to see you here :) It means you're ready to start that wonderful journey of self-transformation to step out from the prison of self-doubt into the freedom of self-belief.

So, let me tell you more about me. Some of you know me and my story from my Instagram page Point à la Lynn. I’ve spent years of my life believing that I wasn’t and will never be enough, struggled with an eating disorder, perfectionism, self-doubt, anxiety, and hating myself and my body. I was lacking self-awareness and was always afraid of judgment, so I was never able to live up to my full potential. And this I why I know exactly how difficult it feels to move from a place of self-shame or hatred to a place of self-awareness, self-growth, self-love, self-belief and trust.

But the truth is that you are more than enough, and you deserve to live the life of your dreams. And when you do; your whole life will change; just like mine did.

I started Point à la Lynn's page in 2017 to raise awareness about eating disorders & intuitive eating by sharing my own experience with Anorexia Nervosa (an eating disorder I struggled with in 2015 & fully recovered from in 2018 & became an intuitive eater by the end of 2019). I’ve always had a passion for helping & encouraging people to feel better and my personal experience opened my eyes to a whole different world full of healing, transformation, coaching & becoming a “better version of you”; which is essential to each one of us. And so I worked on myself to heal all areas in me & not only my eating disorder. This is when I decided later at the end of 2018, to pursue my Life Coaching certification under the ICF (International Coaching Federation). And after 125 Training hours, 10 hours of mentoring & 3 Exams that took around a year and a half, I became an accredited ICF Life Coach on a PCC level.

Then after 2 years of practicing coaching with different clients, I wanted to mix my Coaching with a form of Therapy & so decided to pursue my CBT certificate in 2021 (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) because I’m a believer that our past shapes who we are today; BUT either in a beautiful, inspirational, empowering way OR in a limiting, restricting, unhealthy way, and by combining a form of Therapy with Coaching together, starting with the inner work with CBT & moving further to coaching would result in the most effective form of change & true transformation.

And this starts by putting full awareness on the subconscious level to discover the core beliefs that are stuck in our subconscious mind (starting from our childhood) that are limiting us to feel at peace, happy & achieve wherever we want to reach. It’s when you heal the things that are left stuck, form healthy & balanced belief systems to be able to reprogram your brain & shift your MINDSET to be the one that can help you become the “BEST VERSION OF YOU”. It’s when you break that robotic pattern that is making you be, act & think the way you DON’T want to & create a more content inner environment because once that is created, things on the outside will begin to change & actual mindset shift will happen. Always remember that the battle is in the MIND & to see long-lasting changes, the work shouldn’t be focused only on changing behaviors; the work needs to start from within.

 I feel extremely compassionate towards people with great potential hating themselves, limiting themselves to society's rules, struggling with anxiety, personal limitations, stuck in their core beliefs due to the lack of self-awareness, self-love, and self-belief. Everything I passed through has given me the passion to support, encourage and motivate others around me because I know how it felt when I needed that help.

I want to inspire, empower and motivate you to discover and re-engage with your true self, love yourself, develop true confidence from the inside out, build a growth mindset, overcome self-doubt to fulfill your potential, and live the life you’ve always wanted to live. Whether it was in your mindset, personal life, love life, career life, relationship with yourself or others, and anything in between. And this starts by not only seeing your “bright” side but also your “dark” side. I want you to accept your weaknesses and imperfections and transform them into positive strengths with useful qualities.

I’m blessed to be able to reach a place where I can help heal your past, shift your mindset, step into confidence, overcome self-doubt & find your true purpose in life to become the "Best version of YOU"; because you are capable of transformational change inside and out & your journey starts here!
